These wheels are light, utilizing a the same 380g carbon-alloy rim as the Dura-Ace 7850 wheels at a lower price.  The carbon-alloy rim features a patent pending construction for a high level of strength to weight.  Wider hub flanges and straight pull two cross spokes keep these wheels rigid for better power transfer.  The axles are constructed using a 7075 alloy and smooth rolling angular contact bearing.  Published weight for the wheelset is 1516 grams!
