Only the best DT Swiss Competition butted spokes are worthy of this hand-laced, tensioned, and trued wheel. 

The 28mm wide Flow is ideal to support the wider casing tires desired by today’s aggressive riders.

Hope’s Pro 2 Evo hubs come with axle caps appropriate for use with traditional quick release skewers. Various kits, sold seperately, can adapt the Pro 2 Evo to virtually any axle standard (15mm, 20mm, 142mm, etc) in use today. Rears take 8/9/10sp SRAM and other Shimano-compatible cassettes.

• Sold SINGLY – order both a “front” and a “rear” if you need wheels for a complete bike

They are laced here to Hope’s new Pro 2 SP (straight pull) hubs featuring innovative “nailhead” style straight pull spokes from DT Swiss, plus gram-shaving alloy nipples.

Each hub features 6 bolt compatibility and comes supplied for use with traditional quick release skewers (hubs are easily convertible to your choice of axle type, such as 20mm, 15mm, 142mm, etc. using Hope kits, sold separately)

The new Downhill Wheels are designed to take a beating and remain stable at high speeds over technical, rough terrain. AC’s test riders approved this wheelset after weeks of extreme racing and training. The wheels are reasonably light, without compromising strength, for improved handling especially when maneuvering the bike in the air. New stout 28mm wide x 25mm deep Downhill rims stiffen the tire and wheel-ground response.

The set-up is burly. The 20mm Thru Axle Disc front hub with big 6805 bearings are stiff to resist fork flex. The hub flanges of the 150mm wide Downhill Disc rear hub with 12mm thru axle are spread very far apart for optimal triangulation to build a solid wheel. Take every advantage with confidence.

The new tubeless 29” rim is light and at 28mm wide x 23mm deep, it is wider, stiffer and supports the tire for improved ground control. The stiff front axle system resists fork flex. Bead barb technology hooks on the tire bead to help keep the tire in place.
