All-City Cyclocross

Nature Boy blends two of our favorites – cyclocross and singlespeed into one monster bike. A singlespeed is ideal for the terrible conditions of ‘cross of course, but it also works great for commuting to work or school, high-speed fire road riding, and gravel roads. You’ll appreciate the All-City features like a straight blade fork, custom dropouts, and headbadge.

All-City thought of everything: the frame and fork is full E.D. coated inside and out for rust prevention (you won’t need that messy bottle of Frame Saver here). The rear brake cable is internally routed, keeping it away from mud and grit, and it’s thus also not in the way when you shoulder carry the bike.

If you’re not planning on racing, don’t worry: you’ll find two sets of reinforced bottle bosses for water bottles or a lighting system battery, clearance for fat tires, and hidden fender mounts.

All-City’s Nature Boy frameset is your ticket to singlespeed cyclocross. Singlespeed is ideal for ‘cross due to the often wet, muddy, icy conditions – keep rolling when geared drivetrains have long since given up. And if racing ‘cross isn’t your scene, the geometry, cantilever brakes, and E.D. rustproofed interior finish make a fine commuter or bad weather training bike too.

• 100% 4130 chromoly steel; double-butted down, top and seat tubes
• 4130 chromoly double-butted tapered fork blades, lugged crown and matching fork end
• Built-in seat clamp (frame accepts 27.2mm seatpost)
• All-City Signature investment-cast stainless steel horizontal track dropouts

Kit includes a matching All-City 1 1/8″ threadless fork to match. Frame accepts 27.2mm seatpost, standard 1 1/8″ threadless headset, and 130mm spaced rear hub. Does not accept a front derailleur.
